Vintage Metal CASH REGISTER or MONEY BOX DRAWER Heavy Gauge for big old currency

Description

Heavy old cash tray from an estate sale.  Weighs 2 1/2 pounds.  It is too heavy to ship back and forth so please check these measurements carefully because there are no returns on it.  Width - 14 5/16", depth - 11 1/16", height - 2 1/16".  The bill spaces are 7 1/2" by 3 1/4 to 3 1/2" - they vary a bit.  The slot in the front that would go around a locking mechanism is 2 1/16".  There is some "gunk" in a couple of the change spaces that may or may not come out.  I didn't try.  All the joints are solid.

A couple of other notes if you'd like to read them: Our home is smoke free and pet free. That said, it doesn't mean that the items I sell have never had a passing relationship with some sort of odor. If I notice it I will state it in the description.  If you can smell someone in Wyoming light a cigarette while you are driving east across Tennessee, you might notice an odor I don't. (I have actually had someone ask if I could certify that the box, tape and packing material I use were odor free (I can't).)
