This beautiful vintage 1930s Effanbee Sugar Baby doll measures approx 22″ long with a cloth body and composition arms, legs, and head.  It has a cry (squeak) box in the tummy that does not work. The sleep eyes open and close freely and the eyelashes are lacking in places.  The doll has a molded head and a closed mouth.
Her eyes are very clear based on her age.  There are some age cracks on her face and arms. There is minimal paint loss on the composition.
There is a nick on the pinky toe on her left foot and a rub at the pinky on her right foot.  The doll is as found and I have done no cleaning on her though she could use a little.
This doll appears to be in original condition with the exception of the vintage cap & dress with attached under slip which is a 0-3 month and made by Something Pretty of Freemont, Ohio,  The bloomers appear to be original with the elastic shot.
