Original Brass National Cash Register Endcap

Description

This is an original NCR National Cash Register endcap that fits onto the top of your register to hold the glass in. It are constructed of nickel plated red brass/bronze with much of the plating worn off. It is made to fit onto a narrow top scroll case design machine that takes a topsign with the top width of the side being a little under 2 1/4" front to back. It is completely flat across the topside where the topsign foot would attach. It is held onto the register side by only one screw. This is a very hard to find endcap.
It is marked on the inside 35 and H1377.
It measures 2 7/8" front to back by 2 7/8" wide across the top outside. The inner width is 2 1/4".
