    Stamps are all uncertified. As with all inflation issues, buyers should beware of uncertified stamps. These ones all look like forgeries to me because the bottom strips of the top overprint are not regular, but I am not an expert. Still, an unusual collection to have if they are all forged. Quite a few of these stamps are lightly hinged or have some hinge residue.
